How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days. After your first call we schedule a free in-home assessment, build the care plan, and match a caregiver. Urgent situations can move faster, so call and tell us what is going on.
How much does home care cost?
It depends on the hours and the level of support your loved one needs. After the free assessment you get a clear rate with no surprise fees and no long-term contract. You can adjust or stop care at any time.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. Every caregiver is background checked, interviewed in person, and selected for empathy and experience, and the agency is licensed, bonded, and insured.
Do you provide medical care?
We provide nonmedical home care: help with daily living, companionship, meals, housekeeping, transportation, and around-the-clock support. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical treatment, and we work smoothly alongside any doctors your loved one already has.
What if the caregiver is not the right fit?
Tell us and we will rematch quickly. The relationship between your loved one and their caregiver matters more than anything, and your comfort decides.
